Conveyor System Installation & Commissioning
Installation of belt, roller, chain and overhead conveyor systems with drive integration, sensor alignment and controlled commissioning.
- Chain & overhead types
- Belt / Roller
- VFD speed control
- Zoned
- No-load + load trials
- 2-Stage
Overview
Belt, roller, chain and overhead systems installed and synchronised.
Conveyors look simple until they are running. Tracking, tensioning, transfer geometry and zone control decide whether material flows or the line jams twice a shift.
We install and commission belt, roller, chain, slat and overhead conveyor systems, integrating drives, photoelectric sensors, stoppers and RFID read points into zone-based control.

- Photoelectric Sensors
- Omron RFID
- Balluff RFID
- Profinet
- CC-Link
