Overview

Belt, roller, chain and overhead systems installed and synchronised.

Conveyors look simple until they are running. Tracking, tensioning, transfer geometry and zone control decide whether material flows or the line jams twice a shift.

We install and commission belt, roller, chain, slat and overhead conveyor systems, integrating drives, photoelectric sensors, stoppers and RFID read points into zone-based control.

    Sensor Integration

    Photocells, stoppers and RFID heads aligned and signal-verified.

  5. 05

    Load Trials

    No-load then loaded running, tracking correction and speed sync.
