Overview
Weld cells, fixtures, interlocks and utilities installed to spec.
Weld shop installation demands tight positional accuracy and disciplined safety integration. Fixture location, clamp sequence and cell interlocking all have to be right before the first weld is struck.
We install fixtures and jigs to datum, erect cell fencing with door and light-curtain interlocks, route weld power, air and cooling water, and validate cell sequences with the automation team.
